Leroy, I use PCquote. It isn't the most elegant but it's cheap. If you pay the monthly exchange fee for the NASDAQ of $4, the site is free. It's ok most of the time.
pcquote.com.
They have level 2, but it's pricey.

I use Internet Trader From North America Quotations.
The software is free from Papyrus.com
For the three American exchanges it costs $44.50 per month.

that's what I use it's fast and free. You must register but you are allowed 50 RTQ's per day. I like it a lot.
