You need to rephrase your questions a bit.

1. It is really just nonsense to claim the company is a fraud?

2. They have had marketing people doing Magicom 2000 demos for years now?
2a. Haven't they had marketing people playing around with prototype eerie green screens for years now?

3. Does the unit have market potential in Asia?
3a. Asia? Does the unit have a market anywhere.

4. Certainly the Chinese look extremely interested.
4a. Certainly the Chinese have never laughed so hard behind someone's back.

5. And, of course, can CopyTele mass produce the units?
5a. Can they even produce them?

6. ...at a decent profit margin?
6a. How high will they raise the price to say they are profitable?

No, that's where you're wrong. Where are the $300 Million in sales that they reported having booked last year? That's fraud in my book.
