I reached Paul yesterday and spoke with him for a few minutes. He was in a meeting. I was pretty blunt in my questions. I asked why he felt he had to transfer the PIC technology to another company. He said there was absolutely no way that he could raise any money in INCE. I believe we all can understand that. I asked how much of SUNY did he and his family own. He told me about 11%. He said what Barbara mentioned that his wife had invested
