Under most circumstances, I don't have moral or ethical qualms with shorting. The company in question, however, is a client of mine, so out of respect and appreciation, I only play the positive end or don't play at all. Still waiting for my Certificate of Merit from the Karma Kops. For a 6-12 month term, it's a good buy, hands down. Short-term, I'm vacillating&#151the ~25 support is stronger than I expected; contrary to my opinion last week, 27ish is a reasonable value to me today. Next 60 days will not at all be market-friendly, though. First, we're still top-heavy, and earnings-light (overall market). Second, I get nervous when Elaine Gazzoinksenoughalready is bullish (overall market). Therefore, ~25 has 50% chance of breaking, imo, but only a short break. Funny that they didn't get hammered with their warning as hard as many others. Could've been much, much worse by IOM standards. Not a unique call really. But given up, down, and sideways as choices, there isn't a variety of opinion to choose from.
