the all-time closing high in this stock was 14.625 on 10/13/97. Cuurently asking 14.6875 which technically speaking is considered a breakout so long as we can close at these levels. If we can close above 14.625 I would look for another nice pop on Monday hopefully in the mid to high 15's for a start.
Just my opinion though.

My impression is this wants to go higher. Although pretty illiquid, this could work for us. If it break 15 1/4 i think this will run to 17 . it has to be the most inexpensive long distance communcation company out there. The pe is only 19. This on should a 20 plus dollar stock real soon.
