TO ALL::: just got off the phone with Jim Tilton at TNRG. I'm impressed.. The recent acquisition with Nighthawk will allow them to setup several stategic contracts.. including one on a electrocardiagram technology(or device). Nighthawk will bring alot of options to the table and figures/revenues will be stated in a few weeks to come as they gather for info about that kinds of vetnures they want to go after with Hawkeye. We should see more news within a week on the Sea Eye thing and it also will be very promising and should contain more detailed info about what this means to the company and its shareholders. Many have asked how the 2.5million was paid for. This WAS NOT PAID FOR. These were shares that the company had and they simply took them away. Cancelled them.. VOID .. NOTTA. The acquisition was just paid for in preferred stock NOT convertible until 1 year from a week or so ago.. well into the year 1999. Needless today I bought much more TNRG and hold 80% of my portfolio in this one... so I'm pleased with what I've read, seen, heard and am confident that these are the last days at 25cents... don't know where we'll go next week.. but my money is backing up my belief that this company is seriously defining itself and making landmark strides to actually accomplishing an attainable goal of being Nasdaq listed and NO REVERSE SPLIT IS NOT AN OPTION... got that straight from the company... they said they know that a rev. split would kill any movement or support for TNRG and that it'd most likely end up right back where it started only with everyone pissed off at them.. yeah for that. jim
