Loral has completed the acquisition of Orion today.ONSI shareholders received .71553 shares of LOR for each ONSI share, or a total of 18.3 million LOR shares.

Mike,

I agree completely. Upon re-reading my post about Readware, I want to to make sure that all understand what I was attempting to say. I wish to state that I was in no way trying to slander Readware. Rather I was trying to bolster his credibility in spite of what some may think would be unforgivable errors.

Just wanted to be sure that was clear.
