Gabriel, I would argue that triple witching has not had a significant effect on DELL today. Volume has been much too low to indicate any kind of movement as a result of options. I would suspect that DELL is being batted-about by the overall weakness in technology, which apparently has little to do with options expiration. I would agree that tech will rally soon. I would STRONGLY DISAGREE with your suggestion of selling some April 70 covered calls, unless of course the purpose is to have your shares called-out from under you. DELL will be trading above 70 at April expiration, in my opinion.
