Joey,
With all due respect here, and having watched Yeros engineer a comeback, fend off a reverse split, it would be suicide for him or MDIX to file something like this, Like lighting a Cigarette in a refinery.
For one to take a gamble like that the odds would have to be better 90% to face the possible retaliation.
The suit is probably valid, but what I find even more interesting is the RICO law.
Knowing from past dealing with company's out of Florida, it's probably all true, so I think I'll stick with this side of the coin.
