Bill, PRTL is no longer above the IL. As PRTL went sideways, the IL continued up on its merry way. PRTL will likely go chasing after it again after the ACT and price get together soon. PSQL closed above the IL for the first time Wed. and Tue. of last week, stumbled a bit then surged back over again yesterday. The ACT is at 18 right now so I don't think the % downside potential is compelling here. If the price blows even higher, it may become a better short candidate. It should be watched for either that or the return to the ACT for a short term buying op. VCELA is the best short candidate of the 3. Profit potential is 25% or more if it dives. If it just sits and waits for the ACT like PRTL did, loss potential on the short position would be limitted. Doug R
