Regarding the 504d that was filed I don't know what the price that was paid for them however I do know that there were 1.5Million shares which is why the company announced the buyback of the 1.5 Mil shares. I believe the culprit that had the shares and then shorted the stock was Alex Westcott grp. and they were reported to the SEC. They were the ones that shorted this stock down to the levels it was at recently. The IBD article will be a shot in the arm along with what the future holds and what is already on the table. Jimmy Chin, has the international contacts and partnerships in place and is gathering support in the far east now. His marketing skills are evidenced by the current contracts the recent aquistion and his ability to get the Job Done. I like that. bg
