Brian, Joe did mention that to me. He said he is reviewing it at this time. The Florida trip interrupted things and a little bit but in his words--"You gotta' go when things are right". I did not get an exact date but I'm sure it will be done and delivered in a short time frame. Hope this helps. Brad

B, I just finished talking with Joe concerning the newsletter. He held it up so he could include the results of his trip to Florida yesterday. It will be about 5 pages long and will bring us up to date on all of the divisions. It now scheduled to go out in Thursdays mail. What is also scheduled is a press release on Thursday and another one on Friday. I did not confirm it this evening but I believe the letter will also have something in it about the contract with one of the major European Telecommunication Cos. WorldPasss should be completed by Friday also. He also mentioned he would like to make the 1 cent per share dividend permanent and on a quarterly basis. This is not cast in stone but he is leaning in that direction. The news letter is also going to explain the joint venture with DataWave and what will be done with that company. All in all I believe that by the end of this month we should have a very good picture of the company and where its going. I did get the impression that the 2 releases next week is the start of a new series of releases over the next 60 days. Best Regards
