Yahoo message number 18317 by zekel is rather interesting. I
found this individual to be credible in regards to the posts about
SSPC the night before it was announced. Other posts seem to
indicate that he really is employed with a Houston gas pipeline co.
that is dealing with BAT.

Got off the phone with Bill "Stretch" Fowler (SSPC). The person that bought 14% of this partnership for $1 million is a gentleman in Euorpe (not Joe). He indicated that they have an even bigger investor who is talking $15 million if the company takes off. Stretch is in the process of getting a generator unit to retrofit for the Louisiana project.

No more details, sorry.

regards;

The 2nd generation electrobike is free rolling. I saw it myself Thursday. They are working on it now and it looks like a mountain bike with shock absorbers. The motor is in the center of the tire and yes it can be peddled.

RE: New vewhicles-did not see any, but there was not a Ford Contour in the place and I saw all of thier vehicles. However, I do know that they are working on an engine becuase Jim and Joe Lastella were viewing a part and calculating the degree postion that it had to be at. Noticed a new Yanmar engine though. I asked about the Yanmar as to why Yanmar is not interested in the technology since they have obviously proved the technology on the Yanmar. The answer I got was no comment with a smile. My impression is that if I was Yanmar, I would have already been talking to BAAT. I do not want to start anything here except to state that it is quite obvious to the naked eye that this compnay is for real and they are beginning to embark on a path that in many areas; automotive, power generation, electrobikes as well as hybrids and electric cars.

The limiting factor in most of this is employees. They do not have the resources to cover the bases. Most are not working for a salary and they need more to follow up on all the presentations and requests for information that they already have. Their attitude is that they will wait until they have the right people to do the negotiating and to handle the endeavor. That is why there is many subisidiaries, so the subsidiary can take care of the business end of the negotiations. This is not a micromanaged company, but is decentralized with many talented people.

Power generation issues are for real. The Louisiana and Texas connections are only the tip of what is developing. All things take time and presentations to others are scheduled. All potential buyers are from Missouri----Show me. BAAT is an R&D company with some seriously talented and dedicated people. They are confident what they have and things are moving. Albeit not at the pace that some would like. The workers at BAAT feel that they are working for shareholders that will be owning BAAT in 5 years not five months or five weeks. That is a different paradigm from many posters who get excited with every dime rise or fall. On a long term investment approach...they are on target.

Shashyazhi,

Raven on the BAAT thread on Yahoo is looking for you. Some people over there have some technical questions and need your assistance.

excerpt from Raven------

I have your e-mail address somewhere, but it was turned off last I knew. One of our posters has some
very technical things he wants your opinion on and wants to write you. Would you let me know when
your AOL address will receive mail?

Thanks,
Raven
