Here's more info on that property Mine tried to acquire. In the first quarter of 1995, GE attempted to acquire 50% equity interest in mineral mountain mining company's silver bar mine near Apache Junction, Arizona. In anticipation of closing a definitive agreement, GE advanced substantial sums to MMMC. They then became aware of undisclosed unfavorable facts considered material to its decision. MMMC refused a definitive agreement, then GE declined to close the transaction. Consequently, no acquisition was made and efforts to acquire the property were abandoned. GE has filed a lawsuit in Arizona to recover monies advanced.

This info was taken from the 1996 form 10-ksb which was filed on 4-14-97. What I have just written was not word-for-word from the text, just re-arranged to condense for this thread. Please read the 10-KSB for more detailed info and other items of interest.
Someone did ask for some history on GE, hope this helps.
