Investors in Chicago?

I must say I have been disappointed many times before when I came over here to check up on my pathetic investment, usually finding a brand new shell game even more complicated than the last one. But now this is starting to sound like real crimes are being committed.

Could the Mafia be involved? My head is spinning again!! Isn't there some investigative agency to which this mess could be reported?
