Mr. Werner, Sailor, Jasmin, Jimpit, and Luton, I just wanted to thank you; Mr. Werner, Sailor, Jasmin, Jimpit and especially Luton for defending the rights of individuals on this thread to ask questions and state opinions. After my last exchange with Thos and Mr. Stern, I was really fed up with trying have a civil conversation on this thread. All I was trying to do was find out a little more about the group whom I was tempted to send money to, in order to support thier operations. After my treatment by Thos, and Mr. Stern, I seriously doubt I will be sending a check anytime soon. (I have this thing about giving money to people who actively insult me.) With that said, I am not trying to detract from thier efforts nor am I trying to dissuade anyone on this thread from getting involved or contributing to their efforts. It's just in my case they have made it personal and therefore have lost my respect. But to all of you who have either sent a check or are planning to send one, I think it's only fair that you get the answers to these questions (which is all I was trying to do before commiting my money): 1) What is the firm's gameplan going forward? Seeing the past effect and future plans for attack may help the rest of see the advantage of having our money work for us (for a change). 2) How many investors are involved? 3) How many shares do those investors represent? 4) How much money has been collected so far? 5) What's the goal amounts we are aiming for? (In dollars collected, investors to represent, and shares to represent) 6) What are the deadlines we are faced with to coming together as group? (Or does that even enter the picture?) 7) Who is this insider group? 8) What are our realistic chances to win, and if we win, what do we win exactly? And a new one: 9) Who exactly are the lawyers that they are retaining? Most of these questions have still never been answered, although a few have. There is a certain mentality that some information cannot be placed on this thread for all to see. I submit to you that anyone could pose as an investor and call this group and get this information. What would stop them? Unless they would refuse to tell you over the phone, which would make me somewhat suspicious. Again, although I have been treated poorly, I have to honestly say that this group and it's efforts seem to be on the up and up, but before I send money to anyone I always think it's okay to ask a few questions. Like I said, most of the above questions have never been answered for me and I refuse to call Mr. Childs to get insulted personally, so for me it's pretty much over, at least for now. Since I am an IMES shareholder (and not a company exec) I truly wish them success in this endeavor to keep this company public. And I hope that those of you who have sent or will send checks get your moneys worth. But as I stated earlier.... As for me, I can't in clear consience send money to people who would attempt to demean me and silence my questions. Perhaps they will learn, and treat the next guy (or gal) better...
