Gobseck;

Your assumption is wrong.

MEME took over a shell back in September of 1997. If you look at the Yahoo profile it was last updated Sept. 1997 and was on the shell they took over.

MEME started trading in Sept. 1997 at 2.50 how can they have a book value on MEME in September of 1997, when their was no finacials reported.

The book values on Yahoo are based on SEC filings how can MEME have any SEC filing when they in Sept 1997 took over a shell (no quarterly reports, income statement ect...). Look at the bottom of the profile it states last updated Sept. 1997 6 Months ago.

I will take your word on you not shorting this stock, but I feel it is lame for you to bash the stock based on a outdated and inaccurate report on Yahoo heck take a look at TNRG on yahoo it's book value is>>
Book Value (mrq) $3.71 but if you look at the date on the bottom of the report it's in 1995.

I know your frustrated but you will learn with your mistakes, I am comfortable with MEME and am very confident of the Companies success.

I apologize if I came on strong, but I felt your post was very inaccurate.

Hope this helps.
