I think you're right on. FRO is not going to attempt to make it in this telecom world alone and neither are most of the RBOC's. As I said earlier, it is only a matter of time before a marriage takes place. Frontier has turned the corner, put the Allnet crap behind them, made some smart acquisitions of their own, and they look pretty attractive (not to mention they own 20% of the new Qwest fiber network so their transport costs will decrease dramatically).
