I agree that if the shares are held past April 1 the employee selling will be washed out and become invisible. I think the effect of going on the Naz and becoming marginable will cause an almost IPO-like pop of several dollars on the first day. There's bound to be a lot of press about LVLT that day.

I'm very encouraged by the tone of the recent press releases - it looks like L3 is chomping at the bit to get going. You also indicated previously that people saw what happened with MFS and will want to hold...that's good.

If people get their shares and start selling prior to April 1 there could be a dip, but it shouldn't be too long or deep. There seems to be a lot of people waiting to buy right now on the slightest hint of a dip.
