I agree Chris -- FTEL is looking pretty nice right about now.. Keep in mind that they are still building-out their network through Worldcom nodes & their FNET nodes -- so the large revenue streams will come...but not instantly.... Thus - for the short term - some people opted out (I think) in favor of others that will perform quite well in the next month or so... I agree with you that there was likely some transfer over here (& to LKON as well - at least for me...) (something which I did about a week ago) from some of their FTEL shares. I think that both DGIV and LKON will be stellar performers.. & FTEL will as well over time..I'd hate to get out of my remainder at 3.5 - that's for sure..I'm holding on tight to FTEL :-) (I just spread it around the VoiP industry a bit - that's all.. might as well play the field..)(But my portfolio share of DVIG and LKON is now suddenly quite a bit higher than the FTEL amount :-)

Chris: Just for the record, I have all my FTEL shares and not about to let go of any of them at these levels. I'm glad I had some extra cash in order to take a position in DGIV as well. Both companies are going to take a bite out of the 670 billion Telcom market in the next five years. Both companies are a good buy at these prices. Bill
