Thanks for the information....TNRG does seem to be on a tear, as Sergio would say, with more news on the way (thanks again rharris).

An interesting situation is developing with MDIX (the old NURS). MDIX has a subsid. (Cymedics) which as the patent on a software that allows a doctor to download secure information via the net regarding patients. This is a super product due to the speed of information. Emergency situations come to mind at 2am in the ER room with no info. on a victim's allergies etc. Anyway, seems that another co.(ADRX) is accused of patent infringement, stealing trade secrets etc., Plus RICO ,violation of federal law.

MDIX has made a demand of ADRX in the sum of 395 million dollars for revenues not realized over the next 5 years due to the theft. ADRX, of course is denying, however, has been caught with their fingers in the cookie jar before in 1996. They made a settlement with the Pharm. co. involved in that one.

ADRX has sold off 10% over the last two days on fairly heavy volume, while MDIX has made two up ticks in two days with today's volume being large but not huge. Interestingly enough the last buy of the day was the uptick on 105k shares at 9/32.

Thoughts??
