<< What are you talking about? CopyTele's 10Q filings during 1997 all show $0 in sales. Everything in those filings states very clearly that they are a "developmental stage enterprise" with no realized revenues. >>

Copytele's press releases are false and misleading, and are designed to defraud investors. Company insiders have pocketed millions of dollars from stock sales for over 16 years while creating no value whatsoever.

Copytele has been in "production" of their device since November 1996, yet has produced no revenue. In fact, Copytele has never produced a dime in revenue in their entire 16+ year existance, and does not posess any valuable assets.

Late in '96 and early '97 Copytele released a half dozen press releases promising that they had hundreds of millions of dollars of purchase orders for Magicoms. And as you pointed out, they have never booked a single dollar in sales or licensing revenue.

The officers of Copytele should rot in Hell for the lies they've told over the last 15 years. They have screwed their investors to line their own pockets. I hope there's a special ring in Hell for these guys. They are old and don't have much time left.
