Cheryl, I understand that Cheryl, but after reading your post I needed to clarify in my own mind exactly what we were waiting on in regard to the financial's. No, I am not getting impatient, just thought it prudent to clarify why the numbers had to be redone and what event needed to be completed before the report could be filed. BTW, I just posted a message to you on the GLOW thread. Would appreciate a response when you have a chance to look at it - no hurry. Kevin
