To management: Good first week- keep the news flowing. If you prove it whey will come.

Kim, Excellent news. Happy to see J/L still on board. Ask Management what is happening with respect to a NASDAQ listing. This shareholder thinks it is now time for overtures to the Alberta to put this "hearing" to rest. I'm sure all recent insider transactions have been promptly filed. Naxos has standard fire gold assays from multiple labs. Jimmy John has stepped aside from day to day operations. I think Naxos has everything they were looking for. Not that the Alberta is an easy group to deal with, I understand that the Alberta is coming around to push button phones any day and saying they DO exist. Their consultants tried rotating the push button pad and still can't get it to work. My point is Naxos has the gold (lots of it) management change, and additional assays coming.

Any details of the progress or a timetable would be appreciated.
