This is off the Yahoo Board. I suppose I have called and spoken with twenty people over the past month. Rumors of this dispute have circulated for the last 60 days. One of the people I spoke with is a consultant to a large HMO that is following this matter. He told me that the only thing that is clear is that ADRX played the big company card and failed. Last year Cymedix Lynx and ADRX met and discussed business. At that time there was no ADRX computer product. However, at that same time there was a Cymedix Lynx product and the companies were talking about it. If the talks broke down and if it can be proven that ADRX product has turned out to be mostly or exactly what Cymedix Lynx had, there is gonna be trouble.
