Mr. G SLY
I've been in this stock a long time also, but I've never sold a single
share of DCTC and I own nearly 1% of the company. We must all still
remember that this is still a penny stock and a penny stock that gets
a lot of "hype" on the internet. With those two bits of information,
most investors stay away from us with a ten foot pole. We can't even
get to the due diligence stage with many potential investors. As a
result, we get no respect when real news comes out and our true value
goes unnoticed. The dividend and the buyback were done to prove to
loyal shareholders and potential shareholders, that we are for real.
Far less than 1% of penny stocks ever offer dividends or buybacks, let
alone at the same time. I really don't think Joe Murphy expected the
dividend and buyback to give the stock a bounce. He knows it is going
to take substance to move our stock. The substance is on the way-NO
HYPE-just my most humble opinion.

Sly, keep posting your thoughts. We need all opinions. I have a very large stake in this company and I believe it will pay off. But, I too worry as to why people are selling large amounts of stock when the future seems so bright. We need everyone combing for information anywhere they can find it. As long as the posts are factual and not deliberately slanted, no one should mind.

G. Sly,

Why do you assume something is wrong with the company because the price of the stock has not gone up? I'm not "bashing" you. You and King Ralph simply present an argument that can not be addressed. Who knows why people sell a stock? Why do stocks become undervalued and overvalued? About a year and a half ago, the tech sector was getting hammered, why? Who knows, who cares. Everyone was selling - well not everyone, I was buying. There were many undervalued stocks. I loaded up on two, NVLS (in the $35-40 range) and UTR (in the $19-25 range). Both those stocks made incredible runs in the following 12 months (NVLS up to $130 and UTR up to about $80 - note both have split 2 for 1 since then). I wish I could say I held them to the peak. I did not, but I made about a 2.5 fold increase on both in a very short time. Why did these stocks increase in value by a factor of three to four in a 12 month period? They certainly did not increase their sales and earnings three to four fold during that time frame. Sometimes, it is all about market perception. Todays "goat" is tomorrows "hero". If I took your approach (my, my, the stock price has gone down something must be wrong with the company), I never would have bought them.

You present no information about DCTC and what you believe its worth to be based on its assets and potential future earnings. That's what is important. Then one can decide based on that valuation whether the stock is over, under or fairly valued. The one cent dividend was obviously a gesture to show DCTC's financial strength. No one would believe that a dividend of that nature would bring a increase in share price. The buy back will increase shareholder value - in the long run.

I wish you would present some type of analysis of the company besides "the stock price has not gone up, something must be wrong". How ridiculous.

I always want to hear constructive criticism. I just wish you would provide some. Again, I am not "bashing". Your arguments simply will not hold much water with anyone on this board until you present some facts and information to go along with all the opinion. Many people on this board spend a lot of time and energy doing their dd and then follow up with posts on the boards to help the other shareholders (granted, there is some cheer leading and some over exuberance). Where is your dd? How much time have you spent talking with IR at DCTC or combing through the 10Qs and 10Ks? How much effort have you put in actually analyzing the company?

I'm still waiting to hear a logical argument (based on facts) as to why DCTC will not be worth at least 2-3 times its present value in the next 12 months. Can you or any of of those spewing the negative opinions provide that? Again, please a logical argument based on facts and information. Granted, make some earnings and revenue estimates for next year, but provide some justification for them. I'm anxious to hear what you have. I'm sure the rest of the board can not wait either.
Good Luck,

JJ

P.S. I provided my analysis of the company about 8-10 days ago on this board. I have yet to see a logical "rebutal" of that analysis.

G Sly,

I for one appreciate your posts and your questions. I've noticed similar things on the thread. And yes Ive been long for a few months now.. basically at slighly below break even.

Basically, owning this co. is a bet on Joe Murphy.. I do like his style and his demeanor so I am long. But the price hasnt reflected it in the least.. (since all the "waves" were announced a few months back). That is discouraging. For all of you in this since .20 or .50 or $1.00 its no big deal I guess.. but for more recent shareholders it might be.

I dont understand when "an unfamiliar name" comes to the thread to say something even slighly negative and everyone jumps on his case or says "well we are in it for the long term so sell if your uncomfortable". This totally discourages any meaningful discourse on the pros and cons. People are reluctant to post because they get a backlash. Ive been here for a few months and I dont post daily or even weekly, and Im sure there are some lurkers out there in the same boat. I'm comfortable in my position so Im sitting on it now.. however the price action is not positive with any spin you can put on it for the past 2 months.

I also dont understand where someone posted yesterday that Joe M didnt expect the price to go up based on the buyback and dividend announcements. I thought the whole idea of doing those 2 announcements along with the aquisition announcements was to generate interest and demand for the stock. (the WAVES) Now after it didnt work you say he didnt do it to help the price. That is quite a spin.

Long ... waiting...
Mark
