Leroy: The audited year end number would not be changed for any transaction that occurred after the fiscal year end. As I said in last post the financials are calculated on the last day of the fiscal year, they do not look forward to events after that date. The company upon completion of the merger would issue pro-forma statements based on the results of the two companies combined and would use the results of the two companies for the past fiscal year in reporting in the future. I would also like to say that I have a huge interest in the success of the company, but I felt I needed to clarify the speculation on why the financial information has not been released.
