Re. the POA, what about the argument that Dot de Lemon obtained the
desired benefit from the transaction; namely, the extinguishment of
her debt to Torres. It is my understanding that this extinguishment was recorded in a lower court.

I agree. Beaten to death arguments. The key has been the DECISION. It has alway been ... next week...soon....ect. We have been told that the decision is made...just a matter of politics. This news letter says THIS... another one says THAT. Asenio says THIS. When the DECISION comes it will be worth X$X$X$. Let's see the decision. Everytime I have watched a stock that had this many 'Next week and real soon' involved, someday never comes. (Contracts are on the desk - apparently with the Decision on this case). When the DECISION comes then we can discuss how much the concession is worth and what type of 'weenie' Asenio is. Where is the Decision - other than next week...again. Sorry, just one too many 'next weeks' for me. Sorry - JMHO.
