matty, riley may or may not have legal responsibility. however, he does have moral responsibility. his incessent hype and bashing of those telling the truth in order to further his own personal agenda is and was a disgrace to humanity.

riley was either a stock pimp or a dolt. he must take responsibility for one or the other.

Riley reported he was offered a postion on the BOD. I consider that a "tie" with the company. He is the only person I know who received phone calls at night from Morgan. Riley as the leader of the "carteL' IMO had a responsibility to the other cartel members to report honestly, by refusing to investigate their claims, he falied in that respect. Riley promoted the stock based on the fundamentals which didn't exist. He tried to prevent honest reporting by trying to rid the thread of those who did report the facts. You have no idea if his reports of numbers of certs, float, shorts etc are fact or fiction. It seems only logical to me that if there were actually 200 cetificate owners, there would be more of them posting. As it is there are probably no more than 15 who post, does that sound logical ?
