Dear John, (no pun intended)

Apparently my post was misunderstood. I didn't mean to convey that
my sour grapes were due to a loss by investing in this stock. I lost
peanuts because I sold shortly after I purchased. I purchased a very
small amount on a friend's advice. This friend was conversing very
often with Mr. Bunte, and claims, all of a sudden he could not be
reached. This went on for quite some time, then called and told me
something didn't sit right and to get out. I did.... And this was
long before the mud hit the proverbial fan.

I don't know the man. If there were MANY employees of this Company, I
could understand one not knowing what is really happening at
the administrative end, but NOT with such a small crew. He certainly
had to know the press releases (and I saw many) were bogus....

I am sure his life will never be the same and in all fairness, maybe
it shouldn't be.

Have a great weekend!
Norma

John,

A couple of observations.

1-You just joined SI today.
2-You have posted only once.

Ok three observations, You have no e-mail address.

He may be your dear friend, but he is not a naive idiot. The man knew exactly what was going on at all times. Remember, he had sense enough to start one business. He had to know the law as to what he could and could not do.

Now really, why don't you tell us who you really are.

Regards,

Ken Moss

John,

A few more observations:

If Bunte is so honest, why
then didn't he offer to turn in his real estate (home) back to the company
like Arata did? Arata had already offered to do so before they came in and
arrested them? If he is so right and honest and truly was acting in his
fiduciary capacity to protect shareholders, why wouldn't he give up his ill
gotten gain, at shareholder expense? Arata gave up his, Klenovic is giving
up all his assets? Should he give up the golden caps that the company paid
for too? $14,000 worth of it, as he admitted in court? Would love to
challenge Bunte on why should he be the only one who gains at the loss of
people like me, Conticelli, Brotherson, and Mr. Story. Has he no morals? If he feels like he was just a
poorly dupe, why should he still stand to gain? Has he no conscience? Oh
well. Life goes on, but I sure wish I had been given a home paid in full
when I relocated in my prior executive corporate life!

Ask your "Dear friend" these questions and then post his answers here for all to read.

Regards,

Ken Moss

John

Was Robert Tomziak (sp) also a friend of yours?

What's he up to now?

Eric

John,

You went to a lot of trouble to post. Is this going to be your only post? Pretty expensive:-)

Are you going to answer the questions posed to you?

Regards,

Ken

John,

I have an e-mail address. If you are too embarrassed to post, then send me an e-mail or a private message thru SI.

I think I would be ashamed to have a friend like Mr. Bunte.

Ken Moss
