Whatever the case is CNBC's Mark Haines in the morning was giving a
comic talk on how wrong Morgan Stanley is on Altera.
In summary, every time the upgrade the stock lost 30 % percent
and every time they downgraded the stock moved up 30%.

Personally I am very wary about Eddlestone (this is just my opinion).
His strong buys was AMD in 40's and we know how it tanked.
His pick was LSi at 22 6 months ago and it is just languishing.

I dont understand why MS so much after Altera. The upgraded it
to buy about 2 weeks back when the stock was at 38 ish. It did move to 45. But not the stock is bach to 38, why a strong buy ?
Fundamentals have not changed in 2 weeks?
It seem they are just trying to play some very crooked games here.

Altera is a good company, no doubt. But not so good to receive one firms attention once a week without any selfish interest. I would only buy any semi stocks only after earnings.
