I calculated book value of $13.87 (based on fully diluted shares) at december 31, 1997. I think that this is before the January dividend paid. Does anyone have a feel for what the book value is at February 28, 1998 ? There are a lot of inherent losses in the mortgage-related assets, but cannot tell if it is getting worse or better.
