Beachbumm,re:"10giga HDD". Have people ever thought of backing up
that much stuff? Some kind of storage device for temporary housing
of data is still necessary, 10 giga is beyond my comprehension.

But, the more HDD space one has, the more junk one likely leaves
around, carelessly.

Of course, if everything becomes 'visual/sound' multi-media based,
then 10 giga is necessary if one doesn't keep track of usage.

Some people are overtaxing the 'computing resouces'. I hate surfing
pages that come with too much graphic.

I'm happy with my 486x2/50 with 340mega. Of course, I'm waiting for
win98 to buy my next PC. I'll have 100x computing power at 2/3 the
price I paid 4 years ago. Ok,ok, I don't depend on PC to make a
living. It's a game machine for the kids and my surfing machine at
home, so I can wait and skip several upgrades (cpu and OS).
