Bill, No down days recently, and it's really starting to tick me off!!! I've been hoping to accumulate more shares, since I made the mistake last week of daytrading this stock, and so far the opportunities to get back in have been limited both in terms of price and timeframe. :-) Rick

At this point in time I am not interested in the stock price or the performance of the company over the last 3 weeks. I am interested in the facts and fundamentals of this company at this time, Period. I am not invested in this company at this time. A good friend who purchased shares in PFCK asked me to check it out for him. That is what I am doing. I will go over everything I can find on this company and their associates, over this weekend. If all checks out I may buy a little myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
