Dan, I'm not baiting lawsuits. The fact that this company has not responded to the SEC trading halt opens them to civil litigation from shareholders right now!!! The issue is that no matter what happens, the company could be sued. What you want to find out is whether suing would become a case of "cutting your own throats". But what is more important is to find out if management is/has screwed you over. As long as they tell the public what their exact status is, which given the SEC halt and likely investigation, I would consider to be more credible than before, I don't see anymore grounds for a lawsuit. Unless you know of something they are trying to hide??? Regards, Ron
