Tom, Check on SEDAR, they have two news releases one dated March 18th and one on March 16th. I can't pull them up right now because I don't have Microsoft Word loaded, (I'm loading it later this weekend, computer crash).

Update on JV

I am waiting for confirmation from Lyle at IR re: how many shares Mr. Ambrose will be receiving, under what terms and what TT will be getting as far as revenues from the transfer stations, which they should have already been getting.
Also, as to what assets and debt of Power Grow and Northwood TT will be inheriting.
