And while we're talk about it. Go back to my post: Message 3787006 Now take a close look at NOTES 5 and 10. Especially note 10. Ten talks about the BOD holdings of ~26MM shares. Note 10 says that included in the ~26MM total is the ~22MM from Identa That only leaves ~4MM shares held by the BOD. Note 5 talks about the shares Dunn holds. That total also includes the ~22M Identa shares. Now that's 3 places in that table of Beneficial Shareholders where the ~22MM shares that Identa owns are counted. Ben A.
