Sigh. Well, if a $10,000 balance is "ludicrous", then how does the free ATM and free unlimited bill paying get paid for?? Their monthly fee for having less than $10,000 is LESS than what Wachovia charges JUST FOR BILL PAYING. Good grief. If it's any help, I think they are waiving the monthly charge for some limited time. Call them and ask. Emory, what rate are you getting now and how much do you spend every month to make sure your bills gets paid (envelopes, stamps, checks and time)? Mike
