Why don't you add the following additional contraints to your scan that finds stocks with high in past 10-15 days. Remember to use Allgroup to get an "and" condition.

Close(0) < Max(-1,-250,cl) //today's close is below 52 wk high
Close(0) > Max(-1,-250,cl) *0.85 //today's close not lower than 15% of 52 wk high
Close(0) > MovAvg(0,50,cl)*.95 // today's close within +/-5% of 50SMA
Close(0) < MovAvg(0,50,cl)*1.05
