You have piqued Mr. pink's interest in the dismal science of technical analysis, which so loud and clear gave you a signal to sell the stock, even if for other reasons. Some technicians claim that fundamentals are implicit within the chart. Perhaps the relentless selling pressure by Ricearoni and other insiders caused the charts to go bad.
