To get on the newsletter mailing list, e-mail HeatherW@lifeservtech and tell her you are a shareholder and would like to be included on the mailing list of "GoLive". Include your name and address. Everybody over at LifeServ has been very friendly and helpful in answering questions regarding that division, so there shouldn't be a problem in being included.
As far as bankruptcy, I know the LifeServ division is still presenting a plan to the bankruptcy court after filing in July of '97. It seems strange to me that they would acquire Cygnet and knowingly take on substantial Cygnet Liabilities, knowing that it would force the division into Bankruptcy right away. This is very odd. Are the sales channels created by this acquisition worth all of this. It has me curious.

Very interesting that the bid would rise after a week of (although small) all sells. I would think that MM's wouldn't do this unless they wanted to accumulate shares...just a thought, but you don't see this very often.
DJ, did you e-mail LifeServ to be included on mailing list?
