Satyr, I agree the shorts are doing great with CPQ. But I stand by my statement that it's a losing game overall. I don't short myself but some of these valuations are ridiculous. AOL, Dell, Yahoo, and hundreds of others - the shorts are right in my opinion but they are still getting crushed. That's why I won't short, it's bad enough being wrong and losing money but to have to worry about being right and still going broke? BTW, the shorts in CPQ don't have any money that used to be mine. I haven't sold any! My shares represent my ownership of the company, and no one can scare me into believing my company is only worth half of what it was a few weeks ago because of a short-term problem. The shorts make their money off the people who get scared into believing it. I know my company too well for that.
