Allen, Misinformation. As can be expected, some users post speculation as fact here and there on SI. CSN News that Ray refers to is an "inside info" service like Apple Recon that tells everyone the inside(speculative) information going on in the underworld. These guys should start covering Clinton and then we'll really find out what's going down in Washington. -N P.S. I still don't understand why we should be concerned about would-be CTXS competitors. There will be and should be. Viable ones aren't even on the horizon.

ICA Licensing Fees It is my understanding that the terminal manufacturers pay less than $10 per unit to Citrix for ICA, and I have not heard a single manufacturer complaining about it. On the other hand, they don't know what Microsoft is going to charge for RDP and CE, both of which will be required for a Microsoft only solution. If you look at Boundless Technology's web site they are saying that the upgrade for one of their terminals to RDP/CE is valued at $250!!! (They are offering a free upgrade for users that buy now). In addition, some of the manufacturers (Neoware for example) have not committed to even supporting RDP/CE. If you read their recent press releases they say they will support Terminal Server but there is no mention of RDP/CE. Thin Client
