hi andre
your right pvo seems to be stuck in a trading range. this is common now among penny mining stocks. other eg. include corriente, essex, valerie tombstone etc. the reason why a lot of the juniors are doing this is beacause they are bottoming. generally penny mines bottom during winter months and top during summer drilling, promotion etc. the reason for the trading range is that this a method of removing shares from the weak hands into the strong hands, this is also known as shaking the tree and letting the apples drop into the bucket. as this goes on things are kept quiet except for the ever rumblings of bre-x, gold, no inflation again weak hands to the strong. if you are holding be patient and consider yourself now one of the smart, stealthful, professional accumulators.

good luck
brad
