first target 50-52...but we need a catalyst...they have a tough Q comparison...and I got to believe they have to make negative comments about the competitive environment...they are usually vocal and like CPQ we saw heavy insider selling

DELL is also toppish at 65-66...some disbelievers or people playing it safe on high PE stock

DELL usually very vocal...ntg so far with recent discount announcements...and I have not seen price reduction notices which I ususally receive from DELL

no doubt there is value in the resellers...some people like to get the product right away and some like to see the people that sold and services their computers...combined with the price reduction, the direct sales benefits makes DELL/GTW/MUEI vs IBM/HWP/CPQ/Japanese cos. a tougher value choice

I hope I am right on this...I am short other PC stocks as well
