1,778,100 shares exchanged with 1/4 rise. Looks like a huge transfer of pre-negotiated ownership. These large volume transactions seem to be showing up in several bio stocks lately. Must be driving TA folks crazy. Can anyone shed light on these transactions ?

Hi Shep - In the 10K they indicate that some of the guidelines for the testing from the FDA have changed since Magainin started testing. Is there a possibility they would make MAGN do additional tests?
Did you find out anything about the source of the delay? tom
