You are quite defensive about your little CIEN aren't you? All I meant about Ciena faltering is that they originally said they were going to have their short-haul product out earlier than the second half of 1998. Simple as that, they didn't come through. Maybe they decided it wasn't worth the effort bringing it out early, maybe not. Either way, they made a prediction and were wrong. I call that faltering.

The way you speak about Osicom, you act as if no small company has a chance in any market against larger competitors. Give the little guy a chance, eh? What did Microsoft look like against Lotus when it started out? How about Dell a couple of years ago against IBM? Little guys with good products do come through once in a while. Do you only invest in large caps like CIEN? I'm pretty sure that's all you list in your profile as your favorite stocks. I'll take another look.
