Well what would happen if they had used cheap imported mongolian labour to do the original software? Will that also be considered USofA property since although the mongolian had the brains, its cause of the good ole USofA that the ignorant mongolian got the chance to advance himself to be able to do this great feat of human accomplishment. And if so will they just want their cut as well ie 25 of his brain.
