Brad .... Will call my broker monday regarding trading liquidity of called cert's in my account...not sure what they are... if nothing else, I can pick up 1 or 2k more and make it an uptick ... when things start to get interesting during the upcoming days. Even a "no comment" from BANY due to ongoing legalities, SEC reg's, or whatever and a "things are moving ahead as planned, we stand by our projected numbers, news in near future" would seem to be very helpful to the cause say sometime monday? It would clarify the company's position, settle some nerves and attract some new investors as well. A friendly MM, Strong group of old longs, and a lot of new short terms Can't say I've ever seen anything quite like this before... Bad Bart
