KZAP,

More buys today than sells. The bid is up too. Volume also improved. Would be nice to get the official well signoff by the Governor. Looking foward to the warmer weather, snow melting and chicken fat pumping. TraderGreg also thank you for your updates of the Penny Dow. If I could find one of those cowboy hat airfresheners in NJ, I would help the cause and buy one. You need it in the summertime down by the NJ Turnpike. Good weekend to all.

Dave

BTW, of the 43 stocks in the contest, at least six have already shown
a double from the 12/31/97 ASK price to a Friday closing BID. The
reason I say "AT LEAST" six is because I only track Friday closes.
Perhaps a few more had doubled during the week and pulled back at
the end.

Another interesting observation is that thus far, there appears to be no
correlation between the starting price of the stock and the % change.
However, close observation of various price ranges reveals the
following:

Current Bid Price
12/31/97 ASK # # # Average
>= < UP DOWN UNCHG % change
$5.000 and up 1 0 0 28.8
$2.500 $5.000 4 4 0 -11.1
$1.000 $2.500 4 5 0 5.8
$0.500 $1.000 2 2 0 13.9
$0.250 $0.500 4 2 0 42.5
$0.100 $0.250 3 3 0 15.7
$0.000 $0.100 3 5 1 6.6

The average % change is Change to Date, not annualized yield.

Remember, this is just a sample of 43 stocks thru only 11 weeks, but
check out the $2.50 to $5 and the 25 to 50 cent groups.

Continuing to provide incisive quantitative analysis to all of you,
I bid you a great weekend.
